Terms of Service

Welcome to Book For Look. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Book For Look mobile apps and website (the "Platform"), operated by Book For Look ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Book For Look is a marketplace that connects customers with independent personal-care providers (salons, barbers, spas and similar). We facilitate discovery, booking and payment; the services themselves are provided by the independent providers, not by us.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or have a guardian's consent) to use the Platform. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login secure. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Bookings & cancellations

When you book, you enter into an agreement with the provider. Cancellation windows and any applicable fees are shown at the time of booking and may vary by provider. Repeated no-shows may incur a fee as described in the app.

4. Payments & fees

You can pay by cash, EasyPaisa, JazzCash or wallet balance where offered. A platform fee may apply and is shown before you confirm. Providers pay us a commission on completed bookings. Prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

5. Refunds

Eligible refunds are credited to your in-app wallet or reversed to your original payment method, according to the refund policy shown in the app and the provider's cancellation terms.

6. Your responsibilities

Use the Platform lawfully and respectfully. Do not misuse provider information, submit false reviews, or attempt to disrupt the service.

7. Reviews & content

You are responsible for the content you submit (such as reviews and photos). Keep it honest and lawful. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

8. Providers

Providers are independent businesses responsible for their own services, staff, pricing and compliance. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of providers.

9. Account deletion

You can delete your account at any time from the app. Deletion is permanent and anonymises your personal data; some records may be retained where required by law.

10. Disclaimers & liability

The Platform is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for the quality of services provided by independent providers.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "last updated" date. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
